TOTAL MESOPANCREAS EXCISION
Abstract
Total mesopancreas resection is a surgical procedure associated with duodenopancretectomy for pancreatic cancer that aims to reduce the risk of locoregional recurrence or compromised surgical margins. The important moments of the procedure are presented.
