Abstract

The authors describe the case of a 42-year-old-woman with sacral pain for several years. Clinical evaluation, endoanal ultrasound, Computer Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging demonstrated a retro rectal cystic lesion. A Kraske approach was used for excision.
