Abstract

Colonoscopic perforation is a rare adverse event and it’s incidence increases as more procedures are performed. Therapy may include closure with clip devices with acceptable results. This case-report demonstrates the efficacy and safety of the over-the-scope clip application in an iatrogenic colonic perforation.
