Abstract

Tuberculosis is a frequent disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and can be present in every organ. (1,2) The authors report a 75 years old woman case of abdominal tuberculosis, who had clinical e imagiological suspicion of pancreatic cancer and in whom surgery was the key for diagnosis and treatment.
