Diverticulitis Duodenal Perforada
Abstract
El duodeno constituye el segundo lugar del tracto gastrointestinal donde con más frecuencia aparecen divertículos, pero es extraño que produzcan síntomas. La inflamación, hemorragia o perforación son complicaciones infrecuentes del divertículo duodenal; su clínica inespecífica puede retrasar un correcto diagnóstico, provocando graves consecuencias en estos pacientes. Los hallazgos radiológicos y principalmente la situación clínica determinarán el manejo terapéutico. Tradicionalmente el tratamiento ha sido quirúrgico, describiéndose gran variedad de técnicas, pero un manejo conservador es posible en algunas circunstancias. Presentamos los casos de dos pacientes con diverticulitis duodenal perforada que requirieron tratamiento quirúrgico urgente.
